Brie Fondue


Serves 4-6

This makes a delicious and irresistible centrepiece to any

table.

1 whole Brie

sliced apples, carrots or crusty bread to serve

Simply wrap the whole Brie, with rind intact, in kitchen foil

and place on the grill for 20-30 minutes, turning it

occasionally – or, if serving as an after dinner treat, put

the foil parcel directly into the embers and cook for 15-

20 minutes.

To serve, unwrap carefully and place on a plate

surrounded by apple and carrot crudités, cutting a hole in

the top of the Brie to allow access to the soft, squishy

cheese inside. For truly messy fun leave some spoons in

the Brie and allow your guests to help themselves, spooning

it onto crusty French bread.
