Classic Nachos

Serves 4-6

The staple starter of pub menus up and down the country,

cheesy nachos are a treat loved by all, and make superbly

messy finger food fit for any gathering.

large bag of tortilla chips

1 serving of Rough Cut Guacamole

1 serving of Tomato Salsa

200 ml sour cream

6 oz / 150 g medium Cheddar cheese, grated

Pour the tortilla chips out onto a large microwave or

ovenproof dish and heap generous dollops of guacamole

and tomato salsa over them. Spoon the sour cream over

the sauces and top with the grated cheese. Cook in the

microwave for 2 minutes on full power (or until the cheese

has melted and bubbles slightly), or in an oven preheated

to 220ºC / 430ºF for 10 minutes. Serve immediately and

watch everyone dig in.
