1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate
1 cup sour cream
½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup water
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 (16 ounce) can chocolate frosting
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan. In a large bowl, stir together cake mix and pudding mix. Make a well in the center and pour in eggs, sour cream, oil, and water. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until well blended. Scrape bowl, and beat 4 minutes on medium speed. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before frosting.
