Marmalade Glazed Duck

Serves 4
Cooking time: 16-20 minutes
These breasts are ready in a jiffy with a glaze that seals in
their natural flavours.
4 duck breasts
2 tablespoons runny honey
4 tablespoons marmalade
juice and zest of 2 oranges
Heat the honey, marmalade, orange juice and zest together in a saucepan. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 5 minutes. Brush half the mixture over the breasts, coating them evenly, and place them on the grill over hot coals or embers, skin side down for 8-10 minutes, or until the glaze and skin begin to crisp. Turn the breasts over, coat the skin side with the remaining glaze, and cook for a further 8-10 minutes. Allow the breasts to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

  1. Unquestionably believe that which you stated. Your favorite reason seemed to be on the internet the simplest thing to be aware of. I say to you, I certainly get irked while people consider worries that they plainly do not know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top and defined out the whole thing without having side-effects , people can take a signal. Will likely be back to get more. Thanks

  2. I’m really impressed with your writing skills and also with the layout on your weblog. Is this a paid theme or did you customize it yourself? Anyway keep up the nice quality writing, it is rare to see a nice blog like this one nowadays..
