Sesame Breasts

Serves 4
Cooking time: 12-16 minutes
The nutty sesame taste makes these chicken breasts
decidedly oriental.
4 large skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 large garlic cloves, finely chopped or crushed
freshly ground black pepper
Combine the sugar, soy sauce, sesame seeds, garlic and a liberal helping of black pepper in a shallow dish and mix together well. Add the chicken breasts and turn them to coat evenly with the marinade. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
To cook, grill over hot charcoal or embers for 6-8 minutes, turn and baste well with the remaining marinade mixture and cook for a further 6 minutes.
