Golden Glazed Pork Chops


Serves 6
Cooking time: 10-20 minutes
Honey and mustard are a classic combination – and this glaze makes the most of a simple pork chop.
6 lean pork chops
4 tablespoons runny honey
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon rosemary
Blend the mustard, honey, salt and rosemary together and smear the sauce liberally over the pork chops. Grill the chops over hot coals for 5-10 minutes each side, or until the outside is crackling and golden.
