Cooking time: 15-20 minutes
If you don’t have the luxury of time, try grilling the ribs
after soaking them in this simple marinade. If you leave
the ribs overnight the meat should become tender and fall
away from the bone after cooking.
2 lb / 1 kg spare ribs
4 tablespoons brown sugar
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Combine the sugar, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice and spoon it over the separated ribs. Cover and chill overnight. To cook, grill the ribs over hot charcoal or embers for 15-20 minutes, or until the flesh is tender and starts to fall away from the bone easily, turning and basting occasionally.
