Asada Steaks

Serves 4
Cooking time: 6-16 minutes
This quick rub is the simplest way to prepare beef for
2 large cloves of garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons olive oil
crushed rock salt
freshly ground black pepper
Pat the steaks with a kitchen towel to remove any excess moisture. Rub both sides well with a mixture of crushed garlic, olive oil and rock salt and season well with black pepper. Leave the steaks covered and chill until ready to grill. Cook over hot coals until the steaks are done as you and your guests prefer. Serve with salad, potatoes and plenty of bread to mop up the juices.
