Cooking time: 10-12 minutes
The leaner and lighter meat of pork is more susceptible
than the usual beef mince to the spices and gentle
fragrances included in this mixture.
1 lb / 500 g lean pork mince
½ medium onion, finely chopped
1 small garlic clove, crushed
2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Simply mix all the ingredients together and season well. Divide the mixture into four balls, flatten the balls into burger shapes, brush with a little oil and grill over hot coals for 5-6 minutes each side. Serve with a good tomato relish in lightly toasted buns.
