Fresh Tomato Soup


Ingredients:
1 large tomato
1 medium cucumber
1/2 red bell pepper
1 t Italian seasoning
1 t dill
1 t Bragg Liquid Aminos
1 t minced parsley
Method:
Place tomato in blender or Vita-Mix and blend at low speed until creamy. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve at room temperature or cover and chill.
Makes 1 to 2 servings.
