Penne Pasta with Fresh Tomatos and Basil


Ingredients: 
1/2 Lb. Penne Pasta
1 Can (14-16 oz) Diced Tomatoes
1/4 cup Fresh Basil, Chopped
Variation: Also works well with Bow-ties
or Shell shaped Pasta.
Method:
Cook Penne Pasta as directed on package. Saute the Tomatoes and Basil in Olive Oil. Add Salt and Pepper to taste. Place into serving dish. Toss in Drained Penne Pasta.
